Decent special effects, but the story itself was seriously lacking in both substance and realism. Too many things to nitpick apart about the film to go into much detail, but it seems that pretty much every stereotype of a disaster movie was sewn together in a haphazzard fashion to try to come up with something that would make a ton of money.
