Each frame of this movie is a piece of art. Having said that, this movie is all substance and gloss and no soul. A movie that is supposed to be about love and loss is so emotionally cold and disengaging.
Do yourself a favour, watch any other version of Devdas but this. (However, if you are non-indian, this may appeal to you as exotic cinema from exotic India).
