Perfectly ludicrous, insanely absurd, and woefully inadequate after the tear-jerker of an ending of On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Diamonds are Forever nonetheless features a half-interested performance from Sean Connery (20 times better than a fully-interested Lazenby), a pair of top-form henchmen in Messrs.

Wint and Kid, and a deliciously camp Charles "Just a Jump to the Left" Gray as a Blofeld who'll dress in drag when he has to, even though he absolutely didn't have to. Weirdly enough, this film seems to imply (perhaps jokingly) that the moon landing was faked.
