Review of Digging for Fire (2015) by Syed R — 08 Nov 2015
It's another mumblecore film by Joe Swanberg about relationships. I thought it was pretty decent, it kinda reminded me of Drinking Buddies and The One I Love specifically. Like with most mumblecore films, the story isn't all that important and it's used to give the actors free reign on their performances.
So, Jake Johnson, Rosemarie DeWitt, Brie Larson, and Sam Rockwell were great in this.
