The attempt to turn the villain into a hero is the least of this film's problems. Gone is the suspense that made the first film tolerable. Don't Breathe 2 plays out like a generic action film that feels unoriginal and uninspired.
It's just a cash grab to go in on the first film's success. Don't bother watching this trash.
