It could have been a brilliant satire if the meteor would have missed the Earth at the end of the movie, because this is what happened with all the scientist predictions including COVID until now.
But the way it is, this is just political propaganda. "Capitalism is bad", "if we only gave all the power to the state, the world would have been better", and all the other leftist stuff. I'm surprised that Xi doesn't pop up at the end to save everyone. Acting is limited by Jennifer Lawrence screaming at everyone, because they don't listen to her. And why would they? She didn't even complete her PhD.
I feel really sorry for people that were "too afraid" to watch this movie, or found it "too realistic". There is nothing realistic about socialist brainwashing.
