Review of Dracula II: Ascension (2003) by Pretty P — 30 Jul 2009
A descent, original idea for the Dracula mythos. This is the second instalment in Wes Craven's Dracula trilogy (Dracula 2000, Dracula II, Dracula III). The Hammer films may have had more originality for their time.
However, if you are a fan of blood-sucking movie vampires, then this is still has plenty of scarlet splatter. Finally, this movie was sure to include more than ample old-world vampire lore from holy water to compulsive counting.
