I actually enjoyed this movie, and I wasn't even high! Weird!
It was way better than what I remember of the original movie, and you could actually understand the 'I am the law!' line, unlike Stallones half intelligible catchphrase.
While I can't see 3D and I watched the 2D version, I could tell it was probably an innovative and cool use of the regularly shitty 3D genre.
