There's spots where it drag and spots where it borders on boring but there are parts where it is hilarious. Not Cusack's best work. Nice cars. Some good chase scenes - not all of them but a majority of them.
If you like the movie neighbors then you'll like this one due to the fact that they both border on eighties made for cable movie.
