Review of Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999) by Adam R — 27 Sep 2013

I saw this movie when it came out in 1999, I was in 9th grade. I loved the movie then, and I love it now. My best friend and I have watched DDG so many times I have lost track. We still quote lines from the movie on a regular basis in our daily lives.

I watched it again the other night, and I laughed just as much as I did 14 years ago. The witty humor, the mockumentary style of film, and the acting performances by Kirsten Dunst, Denise Richards, Kirstie Alley, Allison Janney, Ellen Barkin, and Amy Adams make the film a classic.

I always feel like Drop Dead Gorgeous doesn't get the credit and praise it deserves. But this will always be one of my favorite movies ever.
