A giant shrimp shows up from out of nowhere in the seas around an island populated by James Bond villains who also show up from out of nowhere. Then Godzilla shows up from out of nowhere too, and proceeds to stomp the former two.
This film is where the series starting going downhill, with more and more cheesiness. And I did mention that the titular sea monster is a giant shrimp, right?
