Review of Elemental (2023) by Diego96 — 21 Jul 2023
"Elemental" is far from one of Pixar's best films, but it's also far from one of its worst. As negative points, it is worth mentioning the lack of a broader conflict regarding the existence of the universe presented (something we saw in "Zootopia") and a more consistent and daring script (the film is in the comfort zone the whole time).
On the other hand, the voice acting, the two protagonists, the score by Thomas Newman and the animation are impressive and make the film worth seeing in theaters.
