I think it is a bit better then the first. The story is more fun to watch, in terms of mystery. The fact that Sherlock is more involve also gives some strength to the movie. The dialogues are certainly, one of the strong part of this movie.
The acting is really good. There is enough actions. Maybe the ending falls a bit flat, but not necessarily bad. I give it 72%. I like Enola's energy and wits. When oppose to Sherlock stoicism , it makes an interesting duo.
