8.5/10 for me. Everything working as well or better than the first outing. Despite familiar characters, setting and tropes, still manages to feel fresh, alive and warm. Has 50% more assured and lively directing than first film.
Main and supporting characters flourish. As main villain, David Thewlis is priceless. More! I say.
