Review of Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971) by Ian C — 29 Jul 2017
The third instalment of the original franchise. After the climax of the second film, the saga could only head into one direction. Although it isn't as enjoyable as the films situated in the world dominated by Apes, the switch to Earth works well.
A lot more melodramatic than science fiction and it should have been the final instalment of this saga.
