Review of Escape from Tomorrow (2013) by Jimbo F — 11 Oct 2013

This movie could have been a masterpiece if not for the last 30 mins of the movie. But that doesn't take away from the things I too have noticed along with the filmmaker growing up next to Disneyland and visiting the park hundreds of times.

1. Parents do fight and they do it a lot in front of other guests and their own kids. 2. Dads are constantly eyeballing young pretty chicks with the old I wish I was still single and not married with kids look. 3. Rides do break down a lot and if you just waited 1 hour in line. Too bad so sad. 4. You do really run into the same people over and over again all day long. Sometimes this is a bad thing. 5. And eventually parents do turn to heavy drinking to dull the pain and complete exhaustion of the heat, whining kids and huge price from visiting the park.
