Review of Even Dwarfs Started Small (1970) by Nik M — 17 Sep 2013
There is something undesirable in Herzog's depiction of an anarchy-driven community of little people. While seemingly plotless, Herzog cleverly makes several statements along the way such as the dominance of the little people over certain things such as nature, man-made things, authority, and others, not to mention that hefty relationship he draws between the little people and the animals around them.
Truly unique.
