Review of Every Day (2018) by Nicholasandrew — 12 Nov 2018
As the user "jacoobi456" mentioned in his review, I also read the book before watching the movie. The book is great, it has a really good flow and it's constantly making you even more curious about what's gonna happen next, as every great book.
In comparison to the book, the movie lacks in characters' personality, which in the book is really strong and unique. Rhiannon boyfriends is more arrogant and selfish than in the movie and she seems to be more indenpendent and more empowered.
Those "simple" details added to the poor acting is determinant to result in tedious screenplay.
