Okay, I'll admit the editing makes every single transition from each scene a chunky terrible mess, and Keanu Reeves acting does come off as though he would rather be anywhere else in the world besides in that movie.

however, the overall story and the final payoff with multiple reveals not only showing us the killer of Keanu Reeves partner but also showing us the extent of Isabel's torment combined with the fact that the movie used the supernatural element driving the movie all the way up to the end pretty much makes those terrible things forgiving I do wish the movie would have been executed better it just simply needed to be put together by someone with vision but it was amazing!
