Review of Extraction 2 (2023) by Glagaire — 17 Jun 2023

Great popcorn action movie in the vein of Wick and the Equalizer (and obviously if you liked the first this is more of the same). Predictable story beats but excellent action and fight choreography and for this type of movie the latter if far more important.

Helps that it has likeable (if paper thin) characters. Golshifteh Farahani is fantastic, the perfect answer to Jennifer Lawrence type complaints that men don't want to watch women in action movies - if its characters like this we do.
