Packed tight as a tick with suspense and taught as a bowstring - Eye in the Sky will surely be a hot topic for the Oscars next February. The plot - that everybody in the chain-of-command is perfectly pusilanimous and, oh-by-the-way, we have descended to the point of removing heroism from military conflict by replacing courage with cowardice, this is the film that every American and every Brit ought to be compelled to see at least once.
