Review of Fail Safe (2000) by Private U — 06 Sep 2008
A fantastic TV rendition of the classic. I have not seen the 1964 original, but this is a great take on cinema in general. Done completely live with limited commercial breaks (these break up the acts on the DVD), all in black and white, and with an all star cast, it's eerie and thoughtful all at once.
It is a film that sends a timeless message.
