Review of Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! (1965) by Maxwell S — 04 Oct 2012
If I were a bit dumber, I would definitely give this a 10 out of 10. But, Russ Meyer is certainly a worth-while director. This film is arguably his most famous film. It's so appealing in every way.
It's so perfectly unusual and so compelling for reason that go into the depths of our brain. Regardless of appeal and Meyer simply being the greatest of the camp films, there is an obvious intense passion that Meyer has for his films, and he puts in just enough brain-power to make his film on the edge of brilliance.
Through the cheesy lines and plot, is something beyond the film.
