FIRST MAN is a movie that represents a leap away from a tired genre and it will be admired by students of filmmaking for generations. It is a movie that will be the archetype for movies that nobody has thought of making yet.

FIRST MAN has done for our "real space heroes" movies what 2001: A Space Odyssey did for science fiction movies.

FIRST MAN is something that is completely new, unexpected, and powerful. That is exactly why some will hate it today, but claim that they always loved it in 10 or 20 years.
