Review of Free Willy: Escape from Pirate's Cove (2010) by Don S — 15 Apr 2013
This is a series my family has enjoyed and this one is no exception. Bindi Irwin, Steve "Crocodile Hunter" Irwin's little girl, does an admirable job in the lead role. The CGI killer whales are a bit underwhelming, but the story is hear-warming and has a decent message.
Not high cinema by any means - it was straight to DVD - but it is watchable and good family entertainment.
