Review of Freedom Writers (2007) by Ws W — 05 Oct 2015
Freedom Writers made me learn a lot of things about bullying and how all people in the movie could stop bullying. I like this movie because it made me learn to stop bullying and causing violence. Freedom Writers made me heart-touching. This is best movie I have ever seen!
The Themes in the story are a lot of gangs, fighting, arguing, violence, and crimes. Examples are Eva's Gang having classroom brawls and discussing racism. Racism made gangs separate. Erin had to go to school without knowledge about their lives they fought and shot people. In classroom brawl, they almost had to fight each other's and Erin called security to stop them.
In this Freedom Writers, three things that happened were these students were fighting and shooting inside school and Erin can't control a lot of students. Erin it was first time experience as a teacher and she doesn't know how to stop these students from fighting. The worse story in the movie is Eva was that gang is one of them who got shot in a gas store. Eva was scared and ran into friend's car to escape. Erin gave them the journals their stories about what they do when they went after school to write. These students had learned to stop making bad habits. They wrote the in journal and they moved on and stop fighting in gangs. Erin was very happy because she could stay to teach juniors and seniors class!
