Review of Friday the 13th Part III (1982) by Robert B — 19 Jan 2012

I never got to see this in the theater but based on the way the movie was shot, this is clearly meant for 3D. Various things are propelled towards the camera, like an arrow or an eyeball. As a 2D movie it looks awkward, but it doesn't take away from all of the fabulous kills.

Jason really gets creative in this one. It's hard to beat squeezing a guy's head together until his eyeball pops out. This one is a little stingy with the nudity, but otherwise it is highly entertaining.

If you want to have a fun weekend, watch all of these movies in a row. Even with the questionable Jason X bringing up the rear, Jason brings the awesome.
