Review of Gamer (2001) by Jacob P — 18 Jul 2018
The movie as a whole is very unoriginal, the plot plays out predictably with no consequences at the end leaving an protagonist with very little character development. There where interesting parts in the movie, such as the hierarchy of the inmates in the slayers game, however the movie was to concerned with over edited action scenes to develop.
Despite a lackluster script and subpar editing the movie wasn't trying to be an academy award winner, for what it was an action movie made to show off over the top gun fights it was decent.
