I do not understand the low ratings. I completely enjoyed this movie from beginning to end. I thought the script was well done, the acting was compelling, the cast did a fantastic job, and the cinematography was beautiful.

I didn't know much about Thomas Wolfe, knew nothing about Max Perkins, and really felt the comradery between Colin Firth and Jude Law. Entertained throughout the whole movie.
