Review of Geostorm (2017) by Nilesh J — 11 Feb 2018
This is an attempt to create the 2017 version of the genre-defining Independence Day - but it fails for not bringing almost anything new. Those who starts watching a film of the kind are not looking for a credible storyline, so that bit is ok, but there has to be something original.
Weak actors, cheesy dialogues, laughable coincidences, and an absolute overdose of extreme liberal ideologies create a movie that will be difficult for the fans of the genre or even the extreme anti-Trumpites.
