Another example of how if you want good horror you have to look abroad. I am normally numb to jump scares but this movie manages to play with the timing so quite a few of them got me.

American horror movies typically rely on *just* jump scares, but "ghost stories" like its old school namesake has some good, old-fashioned spookiness and dread. no spoilers here because I want you to see it! (i am confused by the low audience score).
