2/5★ A step up from its cartoonishly awful prequel, Retaliation is just bad.
Its got a few good action scenes, and a laconic Bruce Willis is always a pleasure, but otherwise its a rather loud, stupid movie.
Verdict: For mindless action fans and GI Joe nostalgists.
