I'm sure even the source material was better. G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra had plenty of eye candy and a good cast for what it is, but it all too often feels like all of the characters should be included in the premise rather than having them for ten minutes of the film.
This overall isn't bad it just isn't good.
