I haven't given 5 stars to a movie in quite a while but I'm going to give 5 stars to this one. (my movie buddy gave it a 4.5 ) Insightful, witty, complex, no real villains, real people with real challenges to overcome.
.. excellent performances from everyone and an excellent script. It's the story of children and education and relationships and expectations and dreams cut short because of choices and dreams cut short because of the times.
I was totally surprised by this movie and cried several times...A couple of those times was just from the simple beauty of the moment. Good good film.
