The main theme going for this movie is WILL POWER, you learn something about the Green Lantern going into this film you never knew before. The ring knows who is worthy & even though Hal gave up, he got back up in Time to do what's Right, he puts an end to Parallax's reign of terror & punches him into the sun, very reminiscent to the time in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie when the Megazord kicks Ivan Ooze in the balls & he goes flying into Ryan's Comet.
As bad as a rep it gets, you can't deny this film had HEART!
