Review of Guns Akimbo (2020) by Filmanwalt — 27 Jun 2021
Daniel Redcliffe is stapled with two weapons or, as he himself says, nailed down with an entire hardware department and has to assert himself and survive in a questionable cage fight for life and death ("Sketch").
Basically I had fun with it, this movie is not great, but it is nice for simple entertainment. Linking the film with the various everyday conditions of the internet and social media worked for me.
In addition, there were very cool action moments, which, although not close to the real action heavyweights, could deliver funny moments to the protagonist through this Akimbo story.
