Review of Halloween (2018) by Tim H — 21 Oct 2018
After a long wait to see Laurie back in action against Micheal, this was a great return to a franchise that I have loved since I was a kid. The film feels like it fits in with part one even after 40 years.
The soundtrack is fantastic and Carpenter did a great job making the music part of the experience. My only reason for dropping it a star is because I feel like some of the younger characters could have been fleshed out more before they start getting killed off.
Other than that it's a great film that should please both casual and hardcore fans.
