Good worldbuilding and character development to start out the series, but the acting can be a little rough to watch from the child actors at certain times. Also, the plot line can feel a little boring and dragged out at times, as there isnâ(TM)t any real sense of danger until the movie is basically over.
Still a good movie, but the series definitely gets better.
