Just to get this out of the way. I review films on the media that it was made for. So a theatrical film may be rated differently as a streaming movie. We can see that Neflix has been at this big scale, straight to to DVD action film for ages and somehow has perfected its formula.

It's essentially like going to a restaurant that sells a cheeseburger, the most 'generic' type of food out there but doing it so well that they literally made it better than everyone else in the business.

This is what Netflix does. Bigger companies such as Disney that followed this formula end up losing so much money that they will probably lease their content back to Netflix in the future. Getting that out of the way, Heart of Stone is literally a movie that was made by an algorithm, which churned out a mix between Bond, MI, Fast and Furious and all other spy movies as of late, mixed in with Gal Gadot, who is literally a 'female Arnold Schwarzenegger', a charismatic 'performer' who are very adept physically.

What you get is this movie and the thing is..I dig it. There is a 'twist' to the whole concept that I liked (where the heroine has a 'dual identity'). The action set pieces are well made and choreographed, and obviously, this is meant as a franchise starter for the streaming giant.
