Review of Hellraiser: Hellworld (2005) by Jeff B — 13 Aug 2011
The premise is asinine but what else to expect when you've reached the eighth instalment of a franchise that ran out of ideas several movies before. This was clearly made to make up for the unexceptional 'Hellraiser: Deader' by way of saturating the picture with oceans of blood and gore and uncalled for nudity.
Generic and dumb beyond all comprehension characters being slaughtered to make up for a pathetic set up and absence of story that really has nothing to do with Pinhead, he just happens to make a cameo? No thanks.
