Review of Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986) by Chris S — 29 Dec 2008
Disturbing and realistic potrait of a souless killer. Rather than explain why a serial killer is the way he/she is, but rather just show them in their everyday lives and not relying on the "boo" theatrics of the story.
A truly effecting story, with a brilliant Performance by Michael Rooker, who show Brando-quality for this genre, and leen filmmaking by John McNaughton.
