Review of High and Low (1963) by Jeffrey C — 11 Jul 2012
I was griped from the first scene, though my interest feigned as this superb film wore on. Wonderfully shot, I naturally got the shivers as the main villain was dominating the screen. I can only imagine the shaking crowd watching this on a large theater screen in '61.
This movie had so many simple and outstanding blocking patterns all at once. This was good.
