Its ok but if you seen the 1st one. You know whats going to happen for the most part. Explains the antagonist factory a lot better too. Once again it takes a long time for this story to go into motion.
The multiple random unexpected twists late in the plot boost it a little more. Gore is lesser than the 1st. The very final seconds of the ending totally screwed up a possible great twist and a different could-be-but-now-lost jaw dropping ending.
Not impressive but ok.
