Review of Hostiles (2017) by Mark S — 23 Apr 2018

Now this was a true to life depiction of the west and how violent, beautiful and challenging it must have been. Christian Bale is one of the very best in film today and here they have surrounded him with stellar performances and cinematography unmatched.

Critics have said it was slow but I saw it as deliberate and full of true human emotion. A wonderful escape to a time long ago when we first began to find our way and lessons to be used today in finding our way back.
