Review of Hotel Transylvania 2 (2015) by Kari K — 24 Jun 2016

Not sure why this this was getting so many bad reviews from critics. This is probably one of Adam Sandler's best films in recent years, but then judging on his latest output that's not too hard to do.

Very enjoyable animated comedy. Mainly for kids but there was a lot of visual gags and jokes that worked very well and made me chuckle a lot. The first dealt with Dracula's inability to let his daughter grow up and become an adult, this one deals with his inability to let his grandson be a human and wants to unleash his inner monster.

This feels a little one note and repetitive but it is funny and does make for some funny scenes. Very good and as a 3rd film is expected for 2018 looks like it could be a decent trilogy.
