Review of How to Die in Oregon (2011) by John T — 02 May 2012
A really superb look inside the trauma that goes into making monumentally emotional ethical/moral decisions regarding ending ones life. The subjects that were chosen were outstanding examples of people who had thoughtfully considered the profound ramifications involved.
The issues of the states' rightful involvement in the matter was well presented. Apparently Washington and Oregon are the only states that have the fiber to tackle the issue "head-on" and deal with it in an enlightened way.
Terrific film.
