Review of Howl (2010) by Ian H — 08 Jun 2011
A poorly made, almost completely static disservice to the source material. It's a film where a guy reads a poem, there are some rudimentary literal animated interpretations of it, and then there's a court scene with Don Draper and Edward Murrow and it's all fairly straight-forward "censorship is bad, didn't you know?" Even the talent in this movie feels out of place.
