Rai acts decently when she is mean to salman's character AND parts of when she is married (but unhappy) to ajay devgan's character. apart from that, she stinks. her first frame where she is whirling and twirling looks as if she knows the camera is there and makes sure to glare at it while twirling in the most idiotic fashion.
her blossoming romance with salman is especially idiotic when they are both at the chandelier and when she goes screeching his name on the upper level of the house (SAMEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!) her appearance during her dances (one with salman and the nimboodaa dance) is hideous; she looks like an old crone in both of them.
I really had to take my eyes off the screen when these 2 dance sequences were going on because her expressions were just so painful to watch.
