Although it dawdles in the beginning, Macon Blair's odd indie black comedy grows into an unexpectedly exciting thriller in the end. I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore is worth seeing for the realistic and entertaining performances of Melanie Lynskey and Elijah Wood who manage to add silliness to their very serious roles.
