This movie just proves that one cannot feel secure in this society, with all the rules, and the power of the police/juridical system that was invested in protecting the citizens. Humans are prone to break the rules, for other purposes.
Innocent people are taking the blame, and unless they and others fight for their cause, they can pay for something they have not done, for as long as they live.
